Weed Control Calgary Common Questions

You need to wait until it's fully dry to start watering again. To be on the safe and conservative side, on a hot sunny day it's best to wait about 6 hours. On a darker cloudier day, it's best to wait about 12 hours to start watering.

Once the weed control is fully dry it's safe for pets & kids to re-enter. On a sunny hot day, usually that's around 6 hours. On a darker and cloudier day that's closer to 12 hours. 

We use a product called Trillion and the active ingredients are 2-4D, dicamba and Mecoprop-P. This is the only type of weed control available on lawns and has the same active ingredients from products like Weed-B-Gon you can buy at Walmart and Home Depot.
